Ever So Klever is made up of:

Michelle Leigh - Vocals/ Rhythm Guitar
Rich Plaza - Lead Guitar/ Back Up Vocals
Joel Enriquez - Drums
Aimiel Rivas - Bass
Taylor Vega-Sax
Trumpet players vary.

The band got together in December of 2008. Both Rich and Joel were both hired to play a gig together. Once they started playing, they realized that they had great chemistry. They decided that they wanted to form a band together. They wrote all of the music and the rest of the players came into play slowly. They found Michelle on Craigslist of all places. The horn players approached them with the idea that the music could use them and they agreed!

The type of music they play is not exactly characteristic of any players in the band. Rich has a lot of Rush influence, Joel has Latin influence and most of Michelle's influence comes from indie girl singers. It's funny that the band decided to try something completely different.

Ever So Klever is a six-member dance band with a unique sound that has been dubbed, "power swing." The four men and two women mix influences of the dance bands of the ‘30s with modern flavors, including: rockabilly, jazz, country and latin. Led by bluesy vocals and an almost Dick Tracy-like vibe; the band mixes guitars, drums and horns.
